I joined Wellecta to help transform a traditional family-office operating model into a collaborative healthcare company-building platform.
The work required both cultural change and new operating capability: identify overlooked sectors, find founders with a clear vision, and surround them with the support required to build durable independent businesses.
Healthcare does not lack resources. It often lacks alignment.
Services are fragmented, benefits are difficult to navigate, infrastructure is duplicated, and founder-led companies can lose focus while building capabilities larger organizations already possess.
A shared platform could create leverage without erasing independence.
I am shifting the culture from control to contribution — making critical thinking, open communication, customer-first execution and shared accountability operating expectations.
In parallel, I am building Wellecta's incubator practice and the shared infrastructure, governance, operational support and cross-portfolio collaboration that allow founders and teams to move with greater clarity and speed.
